How Ewance Digital Certificates Work
Earn a blockchain-secured certificate for your challenge-based learning. It’s fast, verifiable, and future-proof.
What is a digital certificate from Ewance?
Ewance digital certificates are official, blockchain-registered records of your achievements. They prove that you’ve successfully completed a challenge-based learning experience and are issued using the Blockcerts open standard.
How do I receive my certificate?
Once your challenge or program is completed, we’ll send you a digital certificate as a JSON file via email. You can also access it directly through your Ewance profile when available.
Is the certificate secure and verifiable?
Yes. Ewance certificates are digitally signed and registered on the Bitcoin Testnet using blockchain technology. This makes them tamper-proof and verifiable by anyone, forever.
What do I need to store my certificate?
You’ll need the free Blockcerts Wallet app for iOS or Android. It lets you store, manage, and present your digital certificates securely. When setting up, you’ll receive a unique passphrase—keep it safe, as it’s the only way to recover your credentials.
Who can verify my certificate?
Anyone. Employers, universities, or other institutions can use the Ewance Certificate Verification Portal to instantly verify that your certificate is authentic. All they need is your certificate URL or JSON file.
What happens if I lose my certificate?
As long as you’ve backed up your Blockcerts Wallet passphrase, you can restore your certificate on any device. If you didn’t store your passphrase, contact us at certs@ewance.com—we’ll guide you through re-issuance.
Who is eligible to receive an Ewance certificate?
Anyone actively participating in a registered course or program that includes an Ewance industry challenge is eligible to earn a certificate. This includes students, educators, and lifelong learners.
To qualify, your course or project must be formally registered with Ewance and mapped to a verified challenge. Once the challenge is completed and validated, you’ll receive a blockchain-secured Ewance Certificate recognizing your achievement.
